Instructions: Card size is 9 x 4”. Score and fold 9 x 8” white cardstock at 4” on the short side to create the tent fold card base. Cut white cardstock mat layers x3 to 8 3/4 x 3 3/4”. Adhere one to the inside of the card. Using the Delicate Daisy Corner & Border inside dies, cut into the second mat layer, adhere to the third mat layer and adhere to the card front using Dimensional tape.

Stamp the Classic Roses on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid ink, color using Brilliance Pearlescent Purple ink, diecut using the coordinating dies and shape using the groove golf tools and the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Use four of the same size petals to create each rose. See how to create the roses here. Stamp the Classic Rose leaves and the Leafy Accents leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Brilliance Pearlescent Ivy ink, color using the same ink and diecut using the coordinating dies. Add a little extra ink to the edges of the leaves and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Sponge the roses and leaves with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter.

Using the 4th smallest Slim Eyelet Rectangle Die, cut from white cardstock and adhere to the inside of the card. Using the small Letters and Numbers die, cut ‘2023’ from white cardstock. Using the Lattice Flourish Die, cut the Happy Birthday from white cardstock. Snip off the ‘Birthday’ and save for another time. Color the numbers and the ’Happy’ with Brilliance Pearlescent Purple ink and adhere the ‘Happy 2023’ with the help of the Quickstik to the eyelet piece on the inside of the card along with two of the Classic Rose Leaves.

Adhere the roses and the Leafy Accents leaves to the card front as shown using hot glue. Top Tip: Use the heat gun to melt the hot glue strings. Add a lot of sparkle to the card front and the inside of the card by generously sponging with dries clear adhesive and sprinkling with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear Adhesive.

Heartfelt Creations - Christmas Poinsettia Basket

 Merry Christmas!!!

Wishing you all the timeless treasures of Christmas,

the warmth of home, the love of family

and the company of good friends.

I've made a pretty Christmas poinsettia basket for you today.

Instructions: Card size is 6 x 6”. Score and fold 12 x 6” white pearl metallic cardstock at 6” on the long side to create tent fold card base. Cut luxe silver cardstock x2 to 5 3/4 x 5 3/4” and cut white pearl metallic cardstock x2 to 5 1/2 x 5 1/2”. Adhere one of the white pearl pieces to one of the silver pieces and adhere to the inside of the card using a tape runner. Stamp the ‘Happy Holidays’ Sentiment from the Holiday Star Collection on this piece using Distress Oxide Wilted Violet ink. Stamp the bow from the Wicker Basket Cling Stamp set on the white pearl cardstock using the same ink, diecut using the coordinating die and adhere to the inside of the card over the sentiment. Emboss the second white pearl piece using an embossing folder (I chose one that reminded me of snow), adhere to the second silver piece and adhere to the card front using a tape runner.

Stamp the wicker basket, handle and bow from the Wicker Basket Cling Stamp set, the blooms from the Basket Blooms Cling Stamp set, the snowflakes from the Large Holiday Star Cling Stamp set and the leaves from the Holly Berry Cling Stamp set on Luxe Silver Cardstock using VersaMark ink, cover with WOW Metallic Silver Sparkle Embossing Glitter and heat set using the Heat It Tool. Diecut using the coordinating dies. Diecut extra baskets and blooms x4 from white cardstock and adhere under the stamped basket and blooms for dimension. Adhere the blooms to the basket then adhere the handle. Adhere the basket and blooms to the card front using dries clear adhesive and dimensional squares.

Using the Poinsettia & Holly Clusters Cling Stamp set, stamp the small poinsettias and holly leaves on white pearl metallic cardstock using VersaMark, cover with Wow Silver Sparkle Embossing Glitter and heat set using the Heat It Tool. Color the poinsettias with Distress Oxide Wilted Violet ink, buff with a paper towel and diecut the flowers and leaves with the coordinating dies. Place face down in the 3D Poinsettia Shaping Mold spritz with water and run through the diecutting Machine. Press down the centers of the poinsettias and holly and set aside to dry. Once dry, adhere two poinsettia petals to a holly leaf making sure to offset them. Add a little dries clear adhesive to the flower centers and add Silver Gala Glitz. Make twelve of these flowers – eleven for the basket and one for the bottom, next to the basket. Adhere the poinsettias with hot glue as shown. Add a few Holly Berry leaves to the bouquet and adhere the bow off center and at an angle onto the basket.

Stamp the ‘Merry Christmas’ sentiment from the Holiday Star Cling Stamp set on white pearl metallic cardstock using Distress Oxide Wilted Violet ink and diecut using the Ticket and Tags Die. Adhere to the bouquet using hot glue and dimensional dots.

Adhere two snowflakes to the card front – one at the top left and one on the tag.

 Hi and welcome!

Today we're debuting the beautiful Floral Basket Collection!

These beautiful baskets remind me of the elegant garden parties of yesteryear.

I filled my first basket with tiny, colorful roses.

Cut Luxe Gold cardstock 2x to 5 3/8 x 7 3/8” Cut Floral Basket Paper Collection sheet 7B 2x to 5 1/4 x 7 1/4”. Adhere the designer paper to the Luxe Gold cardstock using dries clear adhesive and then adhere to the card front and to the inside of the card. Stamp the sentiment ‘Right next door or miles apart, friends are always close in Heart’ from the Friendship Sentiment Cling Stamp set on cream metallic cardstock using Vibrant Fuchsia ink. Diecut using the Rectangle Filigree Frame Die and adhere to the inside of the card.

Stamp the basket, handle and bow from the Wicker Basket Cling stamp set, the ‘thinking of you’ sentiment from the Elegant Rose Sentiments Cling Stamp Set and the leaves from the Holly Berry Cling Stamp set on cream metallic cardstock using VersaMark, cover with Aged Ivory Embossing Powder and heat set using the Heat It Tool. Diecut with the coordinating dies along with mat layers x4 for the ‘Thinking of You’ sentiment and the basket. Adhere the basket and sentiment layers together with the stamped ones on top.

Stamp the blooms from the Basket Blooms Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Archival Olive ink, color using Leaf Green ink and the Olive ink. Diecut using the coordinating die and diecut x4 from the Deluxe Flower Shaping paper. Adhere the layers together with the stamped image on top to get a thick diecut and adhere to the top of the basket. Adhere the handle to the basket and adhere the sentiment to the top center of the card front.

Stamp the smallest petal of the Classic Rose Cling Stamp set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Archival Vibrant Fuchsia, Buttercup and Forget-me-Not inks and color with the same inks. Diecut using the coordinating die and shape using the Groove Golf Tools - Medium and Small. You will need two petals for each flower.

Stamp two of the leaves from the Cottage Tree ‘Scapes Cling Stamp Set 3x each on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Archival Olive ink, color using the Leaf Green ink, diecut and lightly shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit.

Adhere the basket to the card front as shown using dries clear adhesive and adhere the leaves, the baby roses and the Holly Berry leaves to the Basket Blooms using hot glue. Adhere the bow to the flowers with a couple of flowers on top to make it appear to be inside the bouquet.

Randomly sponge the flowers and leaves, all the elements and the card front with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter to add some sparkle.

Using the Slim Lattice Oval Die, cut from white cardstock, spray with adhesive, cover with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter, adhere to the second mat layer and adhere to the card front using dimensional tape. Stamp the ’Hey it’s your birthday’ sentiment on the smallest diecut using Vibrant Fuchsia ink, spray and glitter and adhere to the center of the large diecut using 3D dots.

Add a puddle of hot glue to the flower centers and cover with Lemon Chiffon prills. Sponge the flowers and leaves with dries clear adhesive and cover with Crystal Clear glitter.
