Other Products: Diecutting machine, White Cardstock, Hot glue Gun, Misti, Small Dimensional Dots, Pink Ribbon, Bow-it-All V2, Paint Brush

Instructions: Card size is 6 1/4 x 4 3/4”. Place the outside Royale Gateway Die 3/4” above the fold of a 6 1/2 x 4” card base and diecut shaped base. Using the same die, cut from white cardstock and adhere to the folded base. Using the same die again, cut 2x from the Sweet Magnolia Paper Collection, sheet 5A, and ink the edges with Magenta Hue ink. Adhere one diecut to the card front. Cut 3/4” off the top of the other and adhere to the inside of the card.

Using the inside decorative Royale Gateway Die, cut from white cardstock. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. Adhere to the card front. Cut the Happy Birthday Ironwork Sentiments Die from white card stock. Adhere the mat to the inside of the card. Color the sentiment using Magenta Hue ink and adhere to the mat.

Stamp the Sweet Magnolia Buds vine in Archival Olive ink, color using Olive and Magenta Hue inks, diecut using the coordinating die and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Brush with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. Add Nuvo Dandelion Yellow Crystal Drops to the flower centers and sprinkle with Lemon Chiffon Prills. Adhere the vine on the left side of the gate using small dimensional dots.

Stamp the Sweet Magnolia Blooms and leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Archival Magenta Hue and Olive inks. Color the fronts and backs using the same colors and diecut using the coordinating dies. You will need two of the largest petals and one medium petal to create the large magnolia and two small petals for the two small flowers. Place petals in the 3D Magnolia Shaping Mold stamped side up and the leaves stamped side down, spritz with water and run through the diecutting machine. Shape the petals a little more using the groove golf tools and the flower shaping kit, pierce the centers, add the stamens and secure with hot glue. Brush the flowers and leaves with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear Glitter. Adhere the flowers and two large leaves as shown.

Make a bow using pink sheer ribbon and adhere to the left bottom of the card.

Heartfelt Creations - Shabby Thinking of You

I love this time of year with all the trees in bloom.

Today's card is another one created with the beautiful Sweet Magnolia Collection.

Instructions: Card Size is 6 x 6”. Score and fold 12 x 6” white cardstock at 6” on the long side to create tent fold card. Cut pink paper from the Sweet Magnolia Paper Collection, sheet 8B, 5 3/4 x 5 3/4” and ink the edges using Archival Magenta Hue ink. Trim a 6 x 6” panel from the paper collection Sheet 10A, to 5 1/2 x 5 1/2”, ink the edges with Magenta Hue ink. Distress the edges of both panels using a distressing tool, adhere together and adhere to the card front using dries clear adhesive. Cut pink paper from the collection, sheet 8B, 5 3/4 x 5 3/4” and ink the edges using Archival Magenta Hue ink. Trim a 6 x 6” panel from the paper collection, sheet 11A, to 5 1/4 x 5 1/4” and ink the edges with Magenta Hue ink. Distress the edges of both panels using a distressing tool, adhere together using dries clear adhesive and adhere to the inside of the card. Stamp the ‘Thinking of You’ sentiment from the Just For You cling stamp set on one of the journal squares from sheet 3A using Magenta Hue ink. Ink and distress the edges and adhere to the inside of the card.

Diecut the doily from white cardstock using the Rounded Window Frame Die. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. When dry, adhere to the card front using dries clear adhesive.

Stamp the Sweet Magnolia Blooms and leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Archival Magenta Hue and Olive inks. Color the fronts and backs using the same colors and diecut using the coordinating dies. You will need two of the largest petals and one medium petal to create the large magnolia and two medium petals and one small petal for the two medium flowers. For the bud you will need one pink and one green small petal. Place the large and medium petals in the 3D Magnolia Shaping Mold stamped side up and the pink and green small petals and the leaves stamped side down, spritz with water and run through the diecutting machine. Shape the large, medium and one small petal a little more using the groove golf tools and the flower shaping kit, pierce the centers and add the Pastel Pollen Stamens – Medium and the Bridal Bouquet Stamens – Small and secure with hot glue. Use the stylus from the flower shaping kit to form the small bud, pierce the center and add I Pastel Bead Stamens-Medium. Brush the flowers, leaves and bud with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear Glitter.

Adhere the large flower, two medium flowers, two large and four small leaves to the bottom of the doily using hot glue. Tie a bow using sheer pink ribbon and adhere to the top center of the card front. Adhere the bud to the center of the bow. Sponge the printed flowers and leaves on the designer paper with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter.

Cut green striped paper from the Sweet Magnolia Paper Collection, sheet 10B, 5 7/8 x 5 7/8” and ink the edges using Archival Olive ink. Trim a 6 x 6” panel from the paper collection Sheet 10A, to 5 3/4 x 5 3/4”, ink the edges with Olive ink and adhere to the green striped paper using dries clear adhesive. Adhere to the card front using dimensional tape. Cut pink paper from the collection, sheet 8B, 5 7/8 x 5 7/8” and ink the edges using Archival Magenta Hue ink. Trim a 6 x 6” panel from the paper collection, sheet 10A, to 5 3/4 x 5 3/4”, ink the edges with Olive ink and adhere to the pink paper using dries clear adhesive. Adhere to the inside of the card.

Stamp the Sweet Magnolia bud vines in Archival Olive ink, color using Olive and Magenta Hue inks, diecut using the coordinating dies and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Brush with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. Adhere the vines on the right side and right top of the card front using small dimensional dots.

Stamp the Sweet Magnolia Blooms and leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Archival Magenta Hue and Olive inks. Color the fronts and backs using the same colors and diecut using the coordinating dies. You will need two of the largest petals and one medium petal to create the large magnolia. For the nine buds you will need one pink and one green small petal for each one. Place the large and medium petals in the 3D Magnolia Shaping Mold stamped side up and the pink and green small petals and the leaves stamped side down, spritz with water and run through the diecutting machine. Shape the large petals a little more using the groove golf tools and the flower shaping kit, pierce the centers and add the Pastel Pollen Stamens – Medium and the Bridal Bouquet Stamens – Small and secure with hot glue. Use the stylus from the flower shaping kit to form the small buds, pierce the centers and add I Pastel Bead Stamens-Medium. Brush the flower, leaves and buds with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear Glitter. Adhere 7 buds to the vines using hot glue. Adhere the large flower, two buds, two large and three small leaves to the bottom left of the card front using hot glue.

Stamp the ‘Let’s Celebrate’ sentiment on one of the journal blocks from sheet 3A using Magenta Hue ink, trim to 5/8 x 3 1/8” and ink the edges using olive ink. Adhere using dries clear adhesive to a piece of the green striped paper that has been cut approximately 1/8” larger and the edges inked with Olive ink. Adhere to the card front using dimensional tape.

Tie a bow using sheer pink ribbon and adhere to the bottom right of the card front. Sponge the printed flowers and leaves on the designer paper with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter.

Heartfelt Creations - Asters in Bloom

 Hi and Welcome!

I think the Wild Asters are a favorite of mine! I especially love them in this color!

Other Products: White cardstock, Diecutting Machine, Hot Glue Gun, Misti,

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Cut one panel off of the Gateway Fold Card to create a side opening card base. Using the largest Scalloped Flourish Gateway Die, cut two pieces from the Sea Breeze Paper Collection, ink the edges using Garden Patina Ink and adhere to the front and inside of the card. Using all of the Ornate Flourish Gateway Dies, cut from white cardstock, sponge with dries clear adhesive, sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter and adhere to the card front.

Using the second and third largest eyelet dies from Eyelet Frame Gateway Die, cut from white cardstock. Using the second largest plain Eyelet Frame Gateway Die, cut from the Sea Breeze paper collection, ink the edges of the designer paper using Garden Patina ink. Stamp the ‘Happy Birthday to You’ sentiment on the smallest eyelet diecut, layer the diecuts and adhere to the inside of the card.

Stamp Wild Asters on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Garden Patina ink. Color with Vivid Chartreuse, Garden Patina and olive inks, diecut using the coordinating dies and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Use three petals to create the larger flowers and two petals to create the smaller ones, making sure to offset them. Create the buds using two of the smallest flowers with an olive flower on the outside and a Garden Patina flower on the inside. Using dries clear adhesive, add Lettuce Entertain You Prills to the flower centers.

Stamp the Wild Aster leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Archival Olive ink, color using Vivid Chartreuse and Olive inks, diecut using the coordinating die, add color around the edges using Olive ink and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Sponge the flowers and the leaves with dries clear adhesive, sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter and adhere to the card front using hot glue.

Stamp the ‘Happy Birthday’ sentiment on white cardstock using Garden Patina ink, diecut using the banner die, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Clear glitter. Lightly shape and adhere to the card front using hot glue.
