Heartfelt Creations - A Royale Birthday


Hi and Welcome,

Heaven help me. January is almost over and I still have all of my 
Christmas decorations up (even the tree). lol. 
I'm hoping that this spring like card inspires me
to get cracking with those decorations. 🤣🤣🤣

Instructions: Card size is 6 x 6”. Cut folded white cardstock using the largest plain die from the Courtyard Elegance Die just above the fold line. Cut white cardstock and purple designer paper from Wild Aster Paper Collection using same die, adhere together using dries clear adhesive and then adhere to card base using dimensional tape. Cut another piece of designer paper 5 7/8 x 5 7/8” ink the edges with Majestic Violet ink and adhere to inside of card. Stamp the sentiment ‘Hope your day is as special as you are’ on white cardstock using Majestic Violet ink, diecut using the largest die from Diamond Basics Die, ink the edges and adhere to the inside of the card.   

Using from the Eyelet Royale Die outer die set, plain rectangle die, middle die and inner eyelet die, cut frame from 6 x 6” white cardstock. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter. Adhere to purple designer paper using dries clear adhesive. 

Using from the Ornamental Tags Die, diecut the decorative tag die x2 from white cardstock and adhere together as shown. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter. Adhere to the card front using dimensional tape. Stamp the ‘Happy Birthday’ on white cardstock using Majestic Violet Ink and diecut using the inner die from the same die set and adhere using dries clear adhesive. 

Stamp the Oakberry Lane Blossoms on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Majestic Violet ink, lightly color using the same ink, diecut using the coordinating die, add more ink to the edges, spritz with water and shape using the 3D Blossoms shaping mold. Press down in the center of the flowers using deluxe flower shaping kit. Pierce the centers using Groove Golf Tool and insert stamens. Use one stamen for the small flowers and 5 stamens for the large flower.

Stamp the Leafy Accents on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Bamboo Leaves ink, lightly color using the same ink, diecut using the coordinating die, add more ink to the edges, spritz with water and shape using the leafy accents shaping mold.

Adhere the flowers and leaves using hot glue.

Instructions: Card size is 6 x 6”. Cut white cardstock 6 x 12”and score and fold at 6”. Using the inside plain square die from the Courtyard Elegance die, diecut the card base making sure that the die is placed just over the score line. Diecut a piece of white cardstock using the same die and a 6 x 6” panel from the Cottage Garden paper collection using the same die. Stamp the sentiment from Special Birthday Sentiments Cling Stamp set on the designer paper using French Ultramarine ink and adhere the two diecuts to the card base using dries clear glue. Cut another panel from the paper collection 5 5/8 x 5 5/8”, ink the edges, glitter the design and adhere to the inside of the card.

Tape together the eyelet outside die from the Stairway Gardens Die, the decorative die, the plain rectangular die and the middle die from the Eyelet Royale Die and diecut from white cardstock to create decorative frame. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter. When dry, adhere to card base using Darice foam strips. 

Stamp the largest hydrangea from Fresh Cut Hydrangea Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using French Ultramarine ink and Bamboo Leaves Ink and color using the same inks. Lightly shape the leaves with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. Stamp the individual small flowers from Fresh Cut Hydrangea Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using French Ultramarine ink and color using the same ink. Diecut using the coordinating die and shape using the Hydrangea Shaping Mold. Press down in the centers using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. When dry, add Blue Suede Shoes Prills to the flower centers.   

Diecut the two smallest circles from white cardstock using the Eyelet Circle & Basics Small Die. Color the circles with French Ultramarine ink and stack on the large hydrangea using foam dots. Using approximately 20 small flowers, glue the flowers onto the circles using hot glue to create the beautiful hydrangea. Adhere to the card base using hot glue. 

Sponge the top of the designer paper with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Cut white cardstock 10 x 7”, score and fold at 5” on the long side to create side fold card. Cut white cardstock 4 3/4 x 6 3/4” and ink the edges first with Danube Blue ink and then with Wilted Violet ink. Cut paper from the Cottage Garden Paper Collection 4 1/2 x 6 1/2”. Adhere together and then adhere to card base. Cut a piece of matching designer paper 4 7/8 x 6 7/8, ink the edges with Danube Blue and Wilted Violet inks and adhere to the inside of the card. 

Cut two pieces of white cardstock 2 1/2 x 4 1/2”, cut the edges using the plain die from the Fleur Border Basics die set and then emboss using embossing folder. Cut two Elegant Borders from white cardstock, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear Glitter. When dry, adhere to the backs of the embossed white cardstock, trim to fit and then adhere to the card base using dimensional dots.

Stamp the small hydrangea from the Fresh Cut Hydrangea Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Bamboo Leaves and Danube Blue inks, color using Danube Blue and Wilted Violet inks and diecut using coordinating die. Lightly shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, sponge with dries clear adhesive, sprinkle with Rajni Chawlas’s crystal clear glitter and adhere as shown using dries clear adhesive and dimensional dots. 

Use the Ticket and Tags die to cut the sentiment ticket from the paper collection, ink the edges and adhere to card base using dimensional squares. Using dries clear adhesive, sprinkle Crystal ultrafine glitter to the hydrangeas on the designer paper.

Misti, Diecutting Machine, Hot Glue Gun, Blue Metallic Ribbon, Dimensional Dots,
Dimensional Tape, Funnel Tray, White Cardstock

Card size 6 x 6”. Score and fold 12 x 6” cardstock at 6” to create 6 x 6” top fold card base. Cut blue paper from the Cottage Garden Paper Collection 6 x 6” and green paper from the collection 5 3/4 x 5 3/4”, ink the edges with French Ultramarine, lightly distress using a distresser tool and adhere together using dries clear adhesive. Cut another paper from the collection 5 7/8 x 5 7/8”, ink the edges and adhere to the inside of the card. Stamp the ‘You’re One in a Million’ sentiment on the inside of the card using French Ultramarine ink. 

Diecut the large and small Doilies from the Rounded Window Frame Die from white cardstock, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. When dry, cut apart the large doily and adhere the pieces behind the distressed paper from the collection. Adhere to the card base using dimensional tape. 

Stamp the large Cottage Garden Hydrangea on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using French Ultramarine ink and Bamboo Leaves Ink, color using the same inks. Lightly shape the leaves with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. Stamp the individual flowers on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using French Ultramarine ink and color using the same ink. Diecut using the coordinating die and shape using the Hydrangea Shaping Mold. Press down in the centers using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. When dry, add Blue Suede Shoes Prills to the flower centers.   

Diecut graduating circles from white cardstock using the Eyelet Circle & Basics Small Die. Color the circles with French Ultramarine ink and stack on the large hydrangea using foam dots. Glue the flowers on to the circles using dries clear adhesive. Use approximately 12 large flowers and 22 small flowers. Adhere the hydrangea on to the small doily and adhere to the card base as pictured.  

Tie a bow using the metallic blue ribbon and adhere to the stem of the hydrangea. Cut the sentiment from the paper collection, ink the edges with French Ultramarine ink, shape using fingers and adhere to the bottom right of the card base.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Cut champagne metallic cardstock to 10 x 7”, score and fold at 5” on the long side to create card base. Cut another piece of champagne metallic cardstock to 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” and adhere to card base using dimensional squares. 

Diecut the Eyelet Lace Frames Die from champagne metallic cardstock and again from Luxe Gold Cardstock. Adhere the two diecuts together with the champagne one on top. Make sure they are slightly off center to create a shadow effect. Adhere them to the card base using dimensional dots. Diecut the decorative center from Luxe gold Cardstock, cut in half and adhere to the center of the card. Diecut a piece of the Luxe Gold Cardstock 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” and adhere to the inside of the card. Cut champagne metallic card to 6 5/8 x 4 5/8”, using a corner punch to create fancy corners. Stamp the sentiment from the Classic Wedding Wishes cling stamp set using Metallic Gold ink.
Top Tip: Metallic gold ink stays wet for a long while so dry it using the heat gun so that it doesn’t smear. 

Stamp the calla lilies on peach metallic cardstock using VersaMark ink, sprinkle with WOW Metallic Gold Sparkle Embossing Glitter and heat emboss using the Heat It Tool. Lightly color the lilies with Brilliance Pearlescent ink. Stamp the leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using Archival Olive ink, color the leaves using a combination of olive and leaf green. Diecut the flowers and leaves using the coordinating dies and shape using the Calla Lily Shaping Mold. Finish shaping using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, Sponge the stamens with dries clear adhesive and dip into the Martha Stewart Florentine Gold glitter. When dry, adhere the gold stamens to the lilies using hot glue, sponge the lilies and the leaves with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. Using a VersaMark pen, add the VersaMark randomly on the leaves, sprinkle with the gold embossing glitter and heat set.    


Adhere the lilies and leaves to the center of the card using a hot glue gun. Use the Bow-it-All V.2 to make a multi-loop sheer peach bow and adhere using hot glue.
