Heartfelt Creations - Petite Companion Roses

Hi and welcome!

Today we're debuting the Classic Companion Dies. They are all beautiful and I really love this Butterfly Companion Die. It's so gorgeous on its own, all I had to do was add a few petite roses to get a fabulous card front.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 6 7/8”. Score and fold 10 x 6 7/8” Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper at 2 1/2” and 7 1/2”. Cut pink paper from the Moments in Time Paper Collection, sheet 11B, x2 at 2 3/8 x 6 3/4” and adhere to the front of card. Cut sheet 3A x2 at 2 3/8 x 6 3/4” and x1 at 4 7/8 x 6 3/4”, ink the edges using Brilliance Pearlescent Purple ink and adhere to the inside of the card. Adhere magnets to both inside flaps and the matching magnets to the base. Diecut two round tags from sheet 12A using the Ornamental Tags and Accents Die and cut two more times from white cardstock for each tag. Adhere the layers together and ink using Brilliance Pearlescent Purple ink. Add satin cord to the tags and adhere on the flaps over the magnets. Cut two tags from sheet 12A using the Ticket and Tags inside die and cut from white cardstock using the outside die. Ink the edges, adhere the inside diecuts to the white diecuts, punch a hole in the top using a crop-a-dile and add satin cord. Adhere the tags together as shown and then adhere over the magnets on the base.

Using the Classic Butterfly Companion Die, cut from white cardstock. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. When dry, adhere to the front flaps.

Stamp the Classic Roses on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid ink, diecut using the coordinating dies, Color using Pearlescent Purple and Pearlescent Orchid and shape using the Groove Golf Tool and the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Use two of the third size flowers to create the open bud and use two of the smallest flowers to create the small roses. Adhere the flowers together using hot glue. Stamp and color the Fragrant Hyacinth flowers in Pearlescent Ivy, diecut using the coordinating die, shape using the groove golf tool and adhere to the bud and small roses using hot glue.

Stamp the leaves from the Classic Rose on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Pearlescent Ivy ink and diecut using the coordinating dies. Color using the Pearlescent Ivy ink and shape the leaves using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Use a paint brush to add dries clear adhesive to the roses and leaves and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear Glitter. Adhere the bud to the butterfly only on the left side so the card can open, arrange the little roses and leaves as shown and adhere using hot glue.

Use a sponge to randomly add dries clear adhesive to the inside of the card and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter to add a little extra sparkle.

Heartfelt Creations - Coral Clematis

 Hi and welcome!

Today I have another pretty card using the Floral Frames Collection and the Climbing Clematis Collection.

Instructions: Card size is 6 x 6”. Score and fold 12 x 6” Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper at 6” on the long side to create card base. Cut white cardstock x2 at 5 7/8 x 5 7/8” and sponge the edges with Archival Coastal Coral ink. Cut Floral Frames Paper Collection, sheet 3B and sheet 9A, at 5 3/4 x 5 3/4” each and ink the edges with Coastal Coral ink. Adhere the panel from sheet 9A to the coral edged white cardstock and adhere to the inside of the card. Stamp the ‘I am so Grateful for You’ sentiment from the For My Friend Sentiments Cling Stamp set using Coastal Coral ink and diecut using the fourth largest Eyelet Oval and Basics Large Die. Ink the edges and adhere to the inside of the card. Adhere the panel from sheet 3B to the other coral edged white cardstock and adhere to the card front.

Stamp the Oval Floral Frame on white cardstock using Archival Library Green ink, color with Library Green and Coastal Coral inks. Diecut using the coordinating die and diecut three more times. Adhere the layers together for stability and dimension. Stamp the ‘For My Friend’ sentiment from the same stamp set using Coastal Coral ink and diecut using the coordinating die. Diecut three more times and adhere the layers together. Adhere the frame on the card front using dries clear adhesive and adhere the sentiment in the middle of the frame.

Stamp the Climbing Clematis flowers on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Coastal Coral ink and diecut using the coordinating dies. Shape the flowers in the 3D Climbing Clematis shaping Mold and finish shaping using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Pierce the flower centers using the Groove Golf Tool and insert the stamens. Add hot glue to secure the stamens.

Stamp the Fragrant Hyacinth flowers on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Vivid Chartreuse ink, color with the same ink and diecut using the coordinating die. Shape using the coordinating mold, pierce the centers and insert a single stamen. Sponge the flowers with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. Adhere the flowers to the frame as shown using hot glue.

Add dries clear adhesive to the centers of the printed flowers on the card front and add You Had Me at Yellow Prills and let dry. Sponge dries clear adhesive randomly on the card front and on the inside of the card and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent glitter for some extra sparkle.

Heartfelt Creations - Debuting the Floral Frame Collection

 Hi and Welcome!

Brrrr! It's been bitter cold here in New York, how's the weather by you?

"Today is the day the Floral Frames Collection debuts! These decorative floral frame dies are designed to be paired with coordinating stamps which allow you to create quick and easy one-of-a-kind cards, decorative stamped accent pieces, or embellishments on any papercrafting project! From beginners to advanced crafters, the Floral Frames Collection gives you professional looking results the quick and EZ way!!!"

Here's my first card using this collection. It was so quick and easy to put together.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 6”. Score and fold 10 x 6” champagne metallic cardstock at 5” on the long side to create card base. Cut x2 champagne metallic cardstock 4 7/8 x 5 7/8”. Cut x2 Floral Frames Paper Collection, sheet 5A, 4 3/4 x 5 3/4”, ink the edges with Brilliance Pearlescent Jade ink. Adhere the layers together using dries clear adhesive and adhere one set to the inside of the card. I chose the bottom of the paper with the pretty cottage on it for the inside then stamped the sentiment ‘I’m thinking of you’ from the For My Friend Sentiments Cling Stamp set using Archival Mulberry ink. Adhere the other set to the card front using dimensional adhesive.

Stamp the Curvy Floral Frame on white cardstock using VersaMark, cover with Aged Ivory Embossing Powder and heat set using the Heat It Tool. Diecut using the coordinating die and diecut two more times from white cardstock. Adhere the layers together for dimension. Add some color to the floral area using Archival Library Green and Mulberry inks. Adhere to the card front using dries clear adhesive.

Stamp the ‘Just wanted you to know…’ sentiment from the For My Friend Sentiments Cling Stamp set on the same designer paper using VersaMark ink, cover with Aged Ivory Embossing Powder and heat set using the Heat It Tool. Diecut using the Eyelet Ticket and Tags Die, diecut again from champagne metallic cardstock adhere together and adhere to the card front as shown.

Stamp the Flowers and leaves from the Curvy Floral Frame Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using VersaMark, cover with Aged Ivory Embossing Powder, heat set using the Heat It Tool and diecut using the coordinating die. Color the front and back of eight leaves using Archival Library Green ink and color the front and back of the flowers using Archival Mulberry ink. Shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, adhere two flowers together using hot glue, making sure to offset, to create three large and four small flowers. Add a puddle of hot glue in the center of each flower and add Minnie Pearls Prills.

Adhere the flowers and leaves to the card front using hot glue. Sponge dries clear glue randomly on the flowers, leaves, frame, sentiment, inside and card front and sprinkle with Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter to create some extra sparkle.

Cut x2 Moments in Time Paper Collection, sheet 11B at 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” and cut x2 sheet 7B at 4 5/8 x 6 5/8” and ink all the edges using Brilliance Pearlescent Purple ink. Adhere the two sets together using dries clear adhesive and adhere to the card front and the inside of the card. Stamp the ‘You are so much more than a friend’ sentiment from the For My Friend Sentiments Cling Stamp set on the inside of the card using Brilliance Pearlescent Purple ink.

Stamp the Classic Roses on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid ink, diecut using the coordinating dies, color using Pearlescent Purple and Pearlescent Orchid inks and shape using the Groove Golf Tool and the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Use three of the largest flowers and three of the next size flowers to create the large rose. Use two of the third size and three of the fourth size flowers to create the medium roses.
