Heartfelt Creations - Flowers Just for You

Hi and welcome!

I am loving these beautiful Climbing Clematis. Not only are they beautiful, they are so easy and so much fun to work with. Today's card is all about pink.

Heartfelt Creations Products:

Hydra Sponges, RLHS100

Other Products: Diecutting machine, White Cardstock, Hot glue Gun, Misti, Watercolor Paper, Fuchsia Satin Cord

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Using the largest Teardrop Lattice Gateway Die, cut white cardstock two times. Add 1” double sided tape to the top of the second piece of white cardstock before diecutting. Score the top of the one with tape at 1”. Adhere the two together to create card base. Cut two pieces of designer paper from the Climbing Clematis Paper Collection using the same die. Adhere 1 to the card front, ink the edges of the other using Vibrant Fuchsia ink, trim the top and adhere to the inside of the card. Stamp the sentiment ‘Hope your day is as special as you are’ on white cardstock using Vibrant Fuchsia ink, diecut using the inside plain Teardrop Lattice Gatefold die and adhere to the inside of the card.

Diecut the decorative Teardrop Lattice Gatefold dies from white cardstock, sponge with dries clear adhesive, sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. When dry, adhere the outside decorative die to the card front using dries clear adhesive. Adhere the center decorative die using Darice Foam Strips.

Stamp the bird from the Clematis Birdhouse and Trellis Stamp Set and the spray from Clematis Spray Cling Stamp Set on watercolor paper using Jet Black ink and color using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Diecut and adhere the spray to the top of card front. Diecut the tag from the paper collection using the Album Tags and Accents Die, ink the edges and stamp the ‘just for you’ sentiment using Vibrant Fuchsia ink. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with crystal clear glitter. Adhere the bird to the tag. Make two small bows using satin cord and adhere to the tag using hot glue. Adhere the tag as pictured.

Stamp the Clematis flowers on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Vibrant Fuchsia ink, color with the same ink and diecut using coordinating die. Stamp the leaves from the same set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Olive ink, color using leaf green ink and diecut using coordinating die. Shape the flowers and leaves in the Clematis Shaping Mold. Cup the centers of the flowers using the stylus from the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Pierce the flower centers using the Groove Golf Tool set and add the Bridal Bouquet stamens. Secure the stamens with hot glue. Dab the tips of the stamens with Vibrant Fuchsia ink. Sponge the flowers and leaves using dries Clear Adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter.

Trim the stamen stems from the back of the flowers using a scissor. Adhere 7 flowers (3 large and two medium) to the bottom and left side of the card front using hot glue. Add large and small leaves where needed. Adhere five small flowers to the clematis spray.
