Hi and Welcome!
Today I'm sharing an eclipse card using the beautiful Festive Holly Collection by Angelica Turner. I really love making Christmas cards and this collection makes it so easy.
Create a 5 x 7" cream card base. Cut the following layers 4 3/4 x 6 3/4" from green designer paper, 4 1/2 x 6 1/2" from metallic gold cardstock, 4 1/4 x 6 1/4" from red designer cardstock, and 4 x 6" from metallic gold cardstock. Adhere the layers together and adhere to the card front. Cut two 3 3/4 x 5 3/4" pieces of designer paper that are exactly the same. Cut the second one every 1/4" and adhere every other strip to the first design using dimensional strips as shown. Stamp sentiment on cream cardstock using VersaMark, cover with gold embossing powder and heat set. Diecut along with a gold mat layer using the Layered Labels Die set. Adhere to the top of the card front.
Cut the poinsettia and leaves from colored cardstock, color the poinsettia with gold ink and the leaves with Moonlight White ink which is very frosty. Shape and assemble the poinsettia and add gold stamens. Adhere the flower, leaves and robin to the card front using dimensionals and glue.
