Autumn Birthday - Elizabeth Craft Designs

 Hi and Welcome!

Sorry I'm late this week. My Hubby is in the hospital and time just got away from me. I created this colorful simple birthday card for him to try to cheer him up as he had to celebrate his birthday in a hospital bed.

Using the largest Ornamental Frame Die, cut a card base from cream cardstock. Using the same die, cut from the Autumn Harvest cardstock. Diecut the decorative Ornament Frame from the same cardstock and adhere the layers together. Using glue and dimensional squares, adhere to the card front.

Use the largest Ornamental Frame die again to cut designer paper for the inside of the card.

Use the Autumn Foliage dies to cut the leaves from the beautiful Autumn Harvest cardstock. Ink the edges, shape a little bit and adhere to the card front using hot glue. Stamp the sentiment on the designer paper, use a corner punch on all four corners and ink the edges. Adhere using dimensional squares. Make a small bow and adhere above the sentiment.

Festive Wreath - Elizabeth Craft Designs

 Hi and Welcome!

I get so excited when I can get some Christmas cards done early and I love how this one turned out. I used the Festive Holly Collection by Angelica Turner to create this festive wreath card.

Create a 6 x 6" white card base. Cut the following layers: 5 3/4 x 5 3/4" green cardstock, 5 1/2 x 5 1/2" red cardstock and 5 1/4 x 5 1/4" white cardstock. Emboss the white layer and adhere all layers to card front.

Stamp sentiment on white cardstock, fussy cut and add to bottom right of the card front.
Cut green layer and red layer and adhere to inside of card.

Cut wreath base several times from green cardstock and adhere together. Diecut the leaves, color and layer on the base as shown. Cut the berries and bow from red cardstock. Add 3D crystal lacquer to the berries, let dry and adhere to the wreath. Assemble the bow, cover with Wink of Stella and adhere to wreath using dimensional dots.
