Happy Wednesday and welcome to my blog.

The collection includes two beautiful vases and I chose to use one of the on my card today.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Score and fold 10 x 7” white cardstock at 5” to create card base. Cut a 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” panel from the Sweet Pea Paper Collection sheet 12B and ink the edges with Majestic Violet ink. Cut white cardstock 4 5/8 x 6 5/8”, dry emboss and adhere to designer paper using dries clear adhesive. Adhere the two to the card front using dimensional tape. Cut a 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” panel from sheet 4B, ink the edges with Majestic Violet ink and adhere to the inside of the card. Stamp the ‘Happy Birthday to You’ sentiment from the Special Birthday Sentiments Cling Stamp set on white cardstock with the Majestic Violet ink, diecut using the 2 1/2 x 3 1/2” Eyelet Rectangle Die and adhere to the middle of the inside.

Stamp the large vase on Tim Holtz Metallic Jewels Kraft cardstock using VersaMark, cover with Ranger Black sparkle Embossing Powder, heat set using the Heat It Tool and diecut using coordinating die. Place in a textured embossing folder and run through the diecutting machine. Using the 4th smallest Eyelet Circle & Basics Small Die, cut x4 from white cardstock and adhere to the center of the back of the vase for dimension. Add dries clear adhesive to the edges of the vase, except for the top, and adhere to the card front.

Stamp the Vining Sweet Pea on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper 2x, once using Leaf Green ink and once using Majestic Violet ink, diecut using the coordinating die and color using the same inks. Fussy cut the Violet flowers and adhere to the green diecut. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. Cut apart and adhere to the top of the vase as shown. Stamp the Sweet Pea flowers and leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Majestic Violet and Leaf Green inks, color the centers of the flowers with the Majestic Violet and color the leaves with the Leaf Green. Stamp and color the calyx using Leaf Green. Diecut all using the coordinating dies, add more color to all the edges and color the backs of the flowers and leaves. Place the flower petals, the leaves and the calyx in the 3D Sweet Pea Mold face down, spritz with water and run through the diecutting machine to shape. Add a little additional shaping using the Deluxe Flower shaping kit. Adhere the three petals to the top of the two petals and the calyx to the bottom to create flowers. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter.

Using hot glue, add one large and two small flowers to the top of the vase along with three leaves. Add one small flower to the left middle of the vase.
