Yay! Today is the last day of March and tomorrow we usher in April and the first full month of spring. I'm looking forward to warmer weather, the trees turning green and all of the beautiful flowers that will be blooming!
My card today has some pretty wild roses. I hope you like it.

Instructions: Card size is 6 x 6”. Score and fold 12 x 6” Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper at 6” on the long side to create card base. Cut pink paper from the Delightful Daffodil Paper Collection Sheet 11B 5 7/8 x 5 7/8” and 5 x 5”, ink the edges using Pink Peony ink and distress using distressing tool. Cut yellow paper from the Delightful Daffodil Paper Collection Sheet 8B 5 3/4 x 5 3/4” and 4 3/4 x 4 34”, ink the edges using Buttercup ink and distress using distressing tool. Adhere the layers together using dries clear adhesive and adhere to card front.
Cut pink paper from the Delightful Daffodil Paper Collection Sheet 11B 5 7/8 x 5 7/8”, ink the edges using Pink Peony ink and distress using distressing tool. Cut yellow paper from the Delightful Daffodil Paper Collection Sheet 8B 5 x 5”, ink the edges using Buttercup ink and distress using distressing tool. Stamp the ‘On Your Special Day’ Sentiment on the yellow sheet using Olive ink, layer the papers and adhere to the inside of the card.
Stamp the large and small wild roses on Deluxe flower shaping paper using Pink Peony ink, color with Pink Peony and Buttercup inks, diecut using the coordinating dies and shape in the Small and Large 3D Wild Rose Shaping Molds. Use the Groove Golf tool to add further shaping. Layer three same size petals together to create the large flower and two same size petals to create the small flowers. Add dries clear adhesive to the Rose Hip stamens and dip in the Crystal Clear glitter. Color the Bridal Bouquet stamens using Pink Peony ink. Use the groove golf tool to make a hole in the centers of the flowers and pull the stamens through. Use the hot glue gun to secure the stamens. Sponge the flowers with dries clear glue and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter.
Stamp the Leafy Accents leaves on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Archival Olive Ink. Color using Leaf Green and diecut using the coordinating dies. Add additional color to the leaf edges using Olive ink. Shape using the Leafy Accent Mold, sponge with dries clear glue and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter.
Adhere cheesecloth to the card front and adhere flowers, leaves and additional Rose Hip stamens over the cheesecloth using hot glue. Add lace ribbon to the top right and bottom left.
