Heartfelt Creations - Happy By the Sea

Hi and welcome!

Oh my gosh, I am just loving the Sea breeze collection!!! I live on Long Island in New York and I basically grew up on the beach, so this collection feels like home! It's also a great collection to use to create masculine cards. This card was created so quickly and is a great card to use for a guy's birthday!
Hope you like it!

Instructions: Card size is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4” Score and fold 11 x 4 1/4” early espresso cardstock at 5 1/2” on the long side to create a top fold card base. Cut blue cardstock 5 1/8 x 3 7/8” and cut crumb cake cardstock 5 x 3 3/4”. Using the Cobblestone embossing folder, emboss the crumb cake cardstock. Adhere the blue and crumb cake layers together using dries clear adhesive and adhere to card base using dimensional squares. Cut a piece of crumb cake cardstock 4 1/8 x 5 3/8” and a card front from the paper collection 3 7/8 x 5 1/8”, ink the edges with Early Espresso ink and adhere to the inside of the card using dries clear adhesive.

Stamp the rope frame image from the A Day at Sea cling stamp set on water color cardstock and the sea gulls from the Sand and Sunsets Cling Stamp set on water color paper using StazOn Jet Black ink. Color using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers: Brown, Carmine Red, Light Gray, and Beige. Diecut the frame image 4 more times from white cardstock. Adhere the layers together using dries clear adhesive to create a stronger frame. Spray the frame and sea gull images with Sheer Shimmer Spritz Spray.
