Bohemian Rose Gift Purse and Card Combo - Elizabeth Craft Designs

 Hi and Welcome!

I hope your Thanksgiving was as wonderful as mine was!

Today I want to share with you the beautiful purse and card combo I created using the gorgeous Bohemian Rose Collection by Designs by Angelica Turner. I had the roses already made so this went together so quickly.

Diecut the Delicate Fancy Purse from Bohemian Rose cardstock. Diecut the decorative dies from white card stock, sponge with glue and sprinkle with glitter.
Assemble the purse as shown and use a small velcro dot closure on the flap.
Diecut roses from Soft Finish Cardstock. Then color, shape, assemble and add chunky glitter. Diecut Greenery, color and shape. Create a pretty cluster for the purse flap and adhere using hot glue. Add a single rose and some greenery to the bottom right of the body of the purse
Diecut a panel from white cardstock, stamp the sentiment and adhere to the back of the purse.
Diecut another panel from designer cardstock, score at 1/2 inch from the top, add glue to that 1/2 inch and adhere over the white cardstock. Close using a velcro dot and just like that, you have a card attached to the gift bag purse.

Hi and Welcome!

Christmas is right around the corner now and it's crunch time for making Christmas cards. The gorgeous Festive Holly Collection by Angelica Turner is perfect for creating absolutely beautiful cards and this fun fold turned out so pretty.

Cut a 9 x 7" card base from red cardstock. I followed the instructions from Tina Shaw here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4j5gJahOhc&t=63s  for all the scoring and all the dimensions for my gold cardstock and Festive Holly cardstock. Ink the edges of all the designer cardstock using Antique Linen Distress Oxide ink. Adhere the gold cardstock and designer cardstock to the card base using glue.

I just love this fun fold!!! What do you think? Are you a fan lol?
Diecut poinsettias and holly berries from red cardstock and the winter greenery from green cardstock. Shape the poinsettias and use two same size flowers and one a size smaller to create each beautiful poinsettia. Glue the flowers together offset and add gold prills to the flower centers. Spray with Sheer Shimmer Craft Spray - Sparkle. Add 3D Crystal Lacquer to the berries and let dry. Ink the greenery and leaves with a frosty white ink and shape. Create a pretty floral cluster and adhere to the card front using hot glue.
Stamp the sentiment on 3/4 x 2" designer cardstock using VersaMark ink, cover with red embossing powder and heat set. Adhere to 1 x 2 1/4" gold cardstock and adhere under the poinsettias using dimensional tape.
Cut gold cardstock 2 3/4 x 6 3/4" and adhere to the back of the card. Stamp the sentiment and image with black ink on 2 1/2 x 6 1/2" cream cardstock and adhere to the gold cardstock.

Creating masculine birthday cards can sometimes be overwhelming but Elizabeth Craft Designs has so many versatile products to create with, masculine cards are a breeze. A big thank you to two of the amazing designers whose products i used for this card, Angelica Turner and Devid Roodenburg. I created this Double Flap Joy Fold card for one of my grandsons who turned 19 last week. He actually started saving the cards I make for him when he was 8 and now has a very large drawer full of them. Isn't that special? Love him!

Cut blue cardstock 7 x 11", score at 4" and 9" on the long side. Cut blue cardstock 7 x 3 1/2", score at 3 1/2" on the long side. Cut silver cardstock 3 3/4 x 6 3/4", 1 3/4 x 6 3/4", 4 3/4 x 6 3/4", and 3 1/4 x 3 1/4". Cut Devid's beautiful Bacgrounds Volume 2 designer paper 3 1/2 x 6 1/2", 1 1/2 x 6 1/2", 4 1/2 x 6 1/2", 3 x 3". Cut white cardstock 4 1/4 x 6 1/2". Ink the edges of the designer paper, then adhere the layers together and adhere to the card base.
Top Tip: Before adhering the layers to the card base, determine where you want your placement then adhere small magnets to the top of the smaller card base and to the inside of the larger base so the card stays closed.
Diecut Floral Greenery from Silver and blue cardstock and shape with your fingers. Diecut circles using Small Doilies from silver and designer cardstock. Ink the designer cardstock circle and adhere the two together. Adhere the greenery a shown using hot glue, then adhere the circle as shown using dimensional squares.
Adhere sentiment to the inside of the small card.
Diecut the Autumn Fancy Borders from silver and blue cardstock and adhere to the inside edges of the card. Stamp a leaf image on the white cardstock and adhere to the inside. Note: I wound up adding a little pocket on the left side to hold a gift card.

Diecut the medallion from the Art Journal Romance die set once from silver cardstock and four times from gray cardstock. Adhere the medallions together to create a thick piece and then adhere to the front of the card.
