Heartfelt Creations - Holiday Sparkle

Hi and Welcome!

Oh, Christmas is getting closer!!!!

Here's another Christmas card I created that's just full of sparkle.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Cut white card stock 7 x 10”, score and fold at 5” on the long side. Cut a piece of designer paper 4 7/8 x 6 7/8”, ink the edges with Cactus Flower, stamp the sentiment with Frost White Ink, sprinkle with WOW Sparkling Snow Embossing glitter and heat set. Adhere to the card base with dimensional squares. Cut another piece of designer paper the same size, ink the edges and adhere to the inside of the card. 

Cut from white cardstock the Eyelet Lace Frames Die, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear glitter. When dry, adhere to the card base using small dimensional dots.
Stamp the poinsettias on white cardstock using Cactus Flower ink, color with Magenta Hue ink and diecut using the coordinating dies. Stamp the Holly leaves on white cardstock using Fern Green ink, color with Leaf Green and diecut using coordinating dies. Place the flowers and leaves face down in the 3D Mold, spritz with water and run through the die cutting machine to shape. Ink the edges, adhere two petals together to create one flower, adhere to holly leaves, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Clear. Add glue to the flower centers and sprinkle with silver glass shards. 
Stamp the pine leaves on white cardstock using Fern Green ink, color with Fern Green and Leaf Green inks, diecut with the coordinating dies and shape using the deluxe flower shaping kit. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Clear glitter. 
Adhere the flowers and pine leaves to the card as shown using a hot glue gun. Tie a triple loop bow using the Bow-It-All 2, adhere with hot glue gun and add a pine spray to the center.

Instructions: Card size is 5 x 7”. Cut white cardstock 10 x 7”, score and fold at 5” on the long side. Cut two pieces of paper from the Merry and Bright Collection 4 7/8 x 6 7/8”, ink the edges with Forget-Me-Not ink and adhere one piece to the inside of the card and one piece to the card front.

Cut paper from the collection to fit the 5 x 5” shadowbox front, top, bottom, sides and inside back of the shadow box. You will need 2 pieces 4 7/8 x 4 7/8” and 4 strips measuring 4 7/8 x 7/16” each. Use the die from the Cut Mat Create 2A Die to cut the opening in the front. Ink all the edges with Forget-Me-Not Ink. Adhere all of the paper to the shadow box using dries clear adhesive and assemble the shadow box. Die cut the Decorative Medallion from white cardstock twice, adhere the two together, sponge with dries clear and cover with Rajni’s Crystal Clear. When dry, adhere to the back of the shadow box as shown. Cut two tags from the paper collection using the Luggage and Tags die, cut a mat layer from the same paper used to cut the circle, ink the edges, add a piece of ribbon and adhere to the card base as shown. Adhere the shadow box to left side of the card. 


Stamp the snow scene on white cardstock using Archival Shadow Gray, color using the Zig markers, spray with Sheer Shimmer Spritz Sparkle, add dries white adhesive to the trees and rooftops and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear. Lightly sponge areas of the snow with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Clear and diecut with the coordinating die. Diecut two more times from white cardstock and adhere together. Cut the circle frame from designer paper using the Circle dies. Adhere the snow scene and the frame to the inside of the shadow box using dimensional dots. 
Stamp the sleigh and reindeer with Archival Watering Can, color with the Zig markers, spray with the Shimmer Spritz and let dry. Randomly sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with glitter. Adhere to the shadow box as shown using dries clear adhesive.

Stamp the poinsettias on white cardstock using Cactus Flower ink, color with Magenta Hue ink and diecut using the coordinating dies. Stamp the Holly leaves on white cardstock using Fern Green ink, color with Leaf Green and diecut using coordinating dies. Place the flowers and leaves face down in the 3D Mold, spritz with water and run through the die cutting machine to shape. Ink the edges, adhere two petals together to create one flower, adhere to holly leaves, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Clear. Add glue to the flower centers and sprinkle with silver glass shards. 

Adhere poinsettias to card as shown using a hot glue gun. Lightly sponge the card with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with glitter.

Instructions: Card size is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4”. Cut red cardstock 4 1/4 x 11”, score and fold at 5 1/2 inches to create an A2 tent fold card base. Cut white cardstock 5 3/8 x 4 1/8” and emboss using a holly or other Christmas themed embossing folder. Adhere to card base using dries clear adhesive. Cut a piece of green paper from the O Holy Night paper collection 5 1/8 x 3 3/4”, distress the edges and adhere to card base using dimensional dots. Sponge the edges with glue and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s crystal clear glitter. Randomly sponge and glitter the design on the paper. Cut another piece of the green designer paper 5 x 4” and adhere to the inside of the card.

Cut the smaller Intricate Swirls Frame Die from white cardstock. Sponge the outer frame with dries clear and sprinkle with crystal clear glitter. Stamp the sentiment from the Festive Holiday Cling Stamp Set on the center portion of the diecut with VersaMark. Sprinkle with gold embossing powder and heat set using the Heat It tool. Adhere the outer frame to the card base using mini dimensional dots and adhere the inner frame using dimensional tape. 
Stamp the Poinsettias on red cardstock using Archival Jet Black ink and diecut using the coordinating die. Stamp the leaves on green designer paper and diecut using the coordinating die. Place the flowers and leaves in the Poinsettia shaping mold, spritz with water and run through the die cutting machine. Press the centers of the flowers down using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. When dry, glue two petals together, adhere to the leaves, sponge with dries clear adhesive and add Rajni Chawla’s Crystal clear and glass glitter. Add dries clear to the centers and sprinkle with Heart of Gold Prills. Add red berry crystal drops to one of the holly leaves.
Make a triple loop bow from sheer red ribbon and adhere to the card base as shown. Adhere the holly leaves to the center of the bow. Adhere the poinsettias using a hot glue gun.

Instructions: Card is 6 x 6”. Score and fold 12 x 6” cream metallic cardstock at 6” on the long side to create tent fold card base. Cut red designer paper from the collection 5 7/8 x 5 7/8” and green designer paper 5 1/2 x 5 1/2”. Distress the edges and adhere together using dries clear adhesive. Adhere to the card base using dimensional squares. Use a Quickie Glue pen to add Crystal transparent glitter to the swirls and snowflakes on the green designer paper. 
Stamp the scroll with VersaMark, sprinkle with WOW Metallic Gold Sparkle Embossing Glitter and heat set using the Heat It tool. Diecut using the coordinating Ink the edges with Metallic gold ink. Use the Dove Blender Pen and Pearlescent Ivy Ink to color the holly and Brilliance Sunflower to color the flame on the candle. Color the candle with Brilliance moonlight white ink. Add Nuvo Red Berry crystal drops to the berries. Let dry.
Diecut the Silent Night three times from Cream Metallic cardstock and adhere together using dries clear  adhesive. Cover the top with VersaMark, sprinkle with the WOW Metallic Gold Sparkle Embossing Glitter and heat set.  
Stamp the pinecone with black ink, color with coffee, sepia, fern green and leaf green inks. Diecut with the coordinating die and shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear.
Stamp the Poinsettias on red cardstock using Archival Jet Black ink and diecut using the coordinating die. Stamp the leaves on green designer paper and diecut using the coordinating die. Place the flowers and leaves in the Poinsettia shaping mold, spritz with water and run through the die cutting machine. Press the centers of the flowers down using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. When dry, glue two petals together, adhere to the leaves, sponge with dries clear adhesive and add Rajni Chawla’s Crystal clear and glass glitter. Add dries clear to the centers and sprinkle with Heart of Gold Prills.
Adhere the scroll to the card base using dimensional squares, adhere the Silent Night with dries clear glue and adhere the poinsettias using a hot glue gun as shown.

Instructions: Card size is 6 x 6”. Cut black cardstock 12 x 6”, score on the long side at 6” and fold to create card base. Cut two pieces of designer paper from the collection as shown 5 7/8 x 5 7/8”, ink the edges first with faded jeans and then with wilted violet. Adhere one piece to the card front and the other to the inside of the card using dries clear adhesive.
Cut paper from the collection to fit the 5 x 5” shadowbox front, top, bottom, sides and inside back of the shadow box. You will need 2 pieces 4 7/8 x 4 7/8” and 4 strips measuring 4 7/8 x 7/16” each. Use the die from the Cut Mat Create 2A Die to cut the opening in the front. Adhere all of the paper to the shadow box using dries clear adhesive. 
Stamp the Bethlehem scene and a I x 3 3/4” strip on black cardstock using VersaMark, sprinkle with Heat & Stick powder, heat set using the Heat It tool, sprinkle with the Blue Raven glitter and heat set again. Adhere the city scene to the 1” strip.
Stamp the grass from the Wildwood Cottage Accents stamp set four times on green cardstock using Archival Olive ink and die cut. Trim them so that you have two continuous strips, sponge with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Crystal Clear glitter. Adhere one grass strip to the city scene and the other to the outside of the shadow box. Adhere the Bethlehem scene with the grass and the star to the inside of the shadow box using dimensional dots. Adhere the other grass to the front of the shadow box as shown. 
Stamp the angels and the Merry Christmas on white cardstock using VersaMark, sprinkle with pewter embossing powder and heat set. Cut the sentiment two more times from white cardstock and adhere the layers together using dries clear adhesive. Color the angels using the Zig markers, shape lightly with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and glitter the wings with Blue Rain glitter. Adhere the angels to the top corners of the shadow box using dimensional dots and adhere the Merry Christmas to the top center of the shadow box with glue. 
Adhere the shadow box to the card base and using a paintbrush and dries clear adhesive, add Crystal Ultrafine Transparent Glitter to the stars on the designer paper.
